Ingredients
  • 1 cup San Antonio Tres Estrellas® Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ stick of butter
  • Nutmeg to taste
How To Make It
  • Melt the butter, separately mix the San Antonio Tres Estrellas® Wheat Flour with the milk and pour over the butter, add salt, pepper and nutmeg, put this batter over a low heat until it thickens, stirring constantly.

  • This sauce can be used both in pastas and meat dishes.
