Rice Flour


  • 1 cup Tres Estrellas Rice Flour
  • 10g of baking powder
  • 20g of annatto
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 200ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Vegetable oil


  • 500ml of chicken soup
  • 2 pieces of chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsps of white vinegar
  • 1 piece of dry tree chili
  • 150 g of mango pulp
  • 1 tbsps of sugar or brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make It
  • For the breading, blend all the ingredients, adding first the liquids and then the dry ingredients. Season and put them aside.
  • Thread a shrimp, add salt, pepper and flour, passing each one of them through Tres Estrellas Rice Flour, and then through the breading
  • Fry in enough oil, drain them on absorbent paper
  • For the sauce, place all the ingredients in a saucepan, sugar being the last. Let it boil down until it thickens, strain and put it aside.
