Product Used
  • 20 Dominican plantains
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tbsps Ground cinnamon
  • 2 lters Oil
  • 1 can condensed milk

For the pasta:

  • 2 cups Tres Estrellas® Traditional Pancake Mix
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsps Melted butter
  • 2 tbsps Grated Coconut
  • 20 wooden skewer sticks
How To Make It
  • Mix the sugar with the cinnamon, skewer a plantain onto each stick and cover in the mix. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Blend the ingredients for the pancake mix batter. Dip the plantains in the mixture and drain to remove the excess. Fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown; use a deep pan.
  • Remove from oil and place on a cooling tray to drain.
  • Drizzle condensed milk over the top and serve on a platter.
